Owner/Partner

I am a recently retired Phoenix Police Officer who successfully transitioned into the private sector as an Owner and Partner at Opportune Results. Over the course of my 16-year career with the Phoenix Police Department, I served in a variety of specialized roles, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Neighborhood Enforcement Team Officer, and FIT Team Instructor. These roles honed my ability to communicate effectively across socio-economic boundaries, perform under extreme pressure, and make sound, rational decisions in diverse scenarios—from high-stress operations to community events.

Since leaving law enforcement, I have founded and grown three successful private companies. This entrepreneurial journey has equipped me with hands-on experience in multi-state expansion, securing government contracts, managing budgets, and cultivating dynamic and engaging workplace cultures.

I served as a Sergeant in the United States Army Infantry for seven years, during which I completed two combat deployments to Afghanistan in leadership roles. My military service allowed me to develop strong operational and logistical planning skills, particularly in high-pressure environments. I gained valuable experience in decision-making, de-escalation techniques, and effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds—all of which contributed to mission success and the well-being of my team.

Following my military career, I pursued my passion for Thai boxing, becoming both an instructor and an amateur competitor.
